Solved issues

  • Robots failing to release brakes
    MiR250, MiR500, MiR600, MiR1000, and MiR1350 robots running on 2.13.0.2 software would sometimes fail to release the mechanical brakes. This would cause the motor to stall when the robot tried to drive. This issue has now been solved.

  • Enabling improved WiFi causing the robot to lose its WiFi settings upon restart
    If you enabled the feature Enable improved WiFi settings in System > Settings that was implemented in software 2.13.0.2, the robot could lose all its WiFi settings upon restart. You would therefore have to reconnect the robot to the company WiFi again. This issue has now been solved.

  • Enabling improved WiFi causing the robot to lose its connection to the power board upon restart
    On MiR250, MiR500, MiR600, MiR1000, and MiR1350 robots, if you enabled the feature Enable improved WiFi settings in System > Settings that was implemented in software 2.13.0.2, the robot would sometimes lose its connection to the power board upon restart, causing the robot to stop moving and show a message in Hardware health that the power board is disconnected . This issue has now been solved.

  • Improving driving behavior
    On MiR250, MiR500, MiR600, MiR1000, and MiR1350 robots it is now ensured that the brakes are fully released before the robot starts driving. This results in a more smooth driving behavior.
