Product Service Note - New and more stable Ethernet port for MiR600 and MiR1350 robots
Description
On MiR600 and MiR1350, the RJ45 Ethernet port below the bumper on the front-right corner shield can cause an unstable connection, in some cases.
If you experience this issue, you need to replace the port with a new and more stable model (order number: 450653)—see the guide How to replace the Ethernet port on MiR600 and 1350 on the Support Portal.
Starting from the date of release of this service note, MiR will cover the cost of the replacement part that is affected by this issue for one year. This only applies for customers who have experienced the issue.
