A torque wrench with exchangeable bits that ranges from 0.3–11.6 Nm
Turn the two screws on the front compartment hatch 90˚. Use a flat-head screwdriver.
Pull out the electronics drawer.
Press the two buttons on the left side hatch.
Pull open the hatch.
Disconnect the status light cable.
Turn the two hinges in the bottom corners to release the hatch.
Remove the hatch from the robot.
Press the Emergency stop button on the front right corner shield. After reassembling, remember to release the button again.
Remove the four screws from the corner shield using a T30 screwdriver. When reattaching the corner shields, tighten the screws to 11.6 Nm.
Remove the corner shield. It may require some force to disconnect the shield from the corner bumper. Pull it downward firmly to remove it from the bumper.
Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the port.
Loosen the screws securing the port to the bracket using a T10 screwdriver, and discard the port. Keep the screws.
Use the two T10 screws to mount the new connector. Make sure that the RJ45 clip cutout is oriented downwards. Tighten the screws to 0.3 Nm.
Reconnect the Ethernet cable to the port, and reassemble the robot.
