Solved issues

  • MiR250, MiR500, and MiR1000 robots detecting chargers that are not there
Due to a rare issue with the charging detection circuits on the power board, some MiR250, MiR500, and MiR1000 robots would sometimes detect chargers that were not there. This could occur at any time and would stop the robot from moving while the incorrect detection was in effect. If you have experienced this with one or more of your robots, updating with this software solves the issue.

  • The battery being inoperative by using a charging station and a cable charger at the same time
Charging MiR250, MiR500, and MiR1000 robots using a charging station and a cable charger simultaneously would trip a fail-safe in the battery, making the battery inoperative as the batteries' charging limits would be exceeded. This software solves the issue by excluding other chargers when the robot is charging.
