TÜV Rheinland has certified the safety features on MiR600 and MiR1350 in accordance with ISO13849-1. The TÜV certifications document that MiR can reliably ensure the quality of the examined safety features during mass production. There are no behavioral changes to the robot or hardware modifications.
Robots that have the TÜV certification will have:
A nameplate with the TÜV logo
An updated user guide that includes the following improvements:
The default checksum values of the safety configuration and instructions for how to check these values.
A description of the hold-to-run safety feature.
A new structure and content that better meet the documentation standards of ISO 3691-4, IEC 60204-1, and ISO 12100.
A web-link to a full collection of relevant documents for your specific robot model.
All robots that are delivered from this date are covered by the official TÜV certification. You can download the certificate from MiR Support Portal.
