This guide explains how to replace the corner covers on MiR600 and MiR1350.
There are 3 different corner cover variations for both MiR600 and MiR1350. Make sure to check which corner cover you need to replace before ordering spare parts.

A T30 screwdriver
A flat-head screwdriver
Step 1: Turn off the robot. To turn off the robot, press and hold the Power button for three seconds.
Depending on which corner cover you are replacing, remove the relevant hatches (front/back + right/left side) by following the steps below.
Step 1: Turn the two screws on the front compartment hatch 90˚. Use a flat-head screwdriver.
Step 2: Pull out the electronics drawer.
Step 1: Press the two buttons on the rear hatch.
Step 2: Pull open the hatch.
Step 3: Disconnect the status light cable.
Step 4: Turn the two hinges in the bottom corners to release the hatch, and remove the hatch from the robot.
Step 1: Press the two buttons on the side hatch.
Step 2: Pull open the hatch.
Step 3: Disconnect the status light cable.
Step 4: Turn the two hinges in the bottom corners to release the hatch.
Step 5: Remove the hatch from the robot.
Step 1: Press the Emergency stop button on the corner cover you are going to remove. After reassembling, remember to release the button again.
Step 2: Remove the four screws from the corner cover. Use a T30 screwdriver. When reattaching the corner covers, tighten the screws to 11.6 Nm.
Step 3: Remove the corner cover. It may require some force to disconnect the cover from the corner bumper. Pull it downward firmly to remove it from the bumper.
Step 4: Attach the new corner cover. Follow steps 1–3 in reverse.
Step 5: Reattach and close any removed hatches.
